TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is an agreement (“The Affiliate Agreement”) between you (“you” or “Affiliate”) and www.QuickStackPartners.com  (QuickStackPartners )   (“Company”, “us”, “we” or "Affiliate Program").


By registering for the Affiliate Program, and by accessing and using any of our marketing tools or accepting any reward, bonus or commission, whether contained in the Affiliate Agreement or elsewhere as a part of our Affiliate Program, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Affiliate Agreement.

We may periodically make modifications to this Agreement. While we will do our best to notify you of such changes, we recommend that you revisit this page regularly. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program will constitute your consent to the updated Agreement.


1.DEFINITIONS

The following definitioons and rules of interpretation in this clause apply to these Terms and

Conditions:

1.1 “Affiliate” means you, the person or entity, who applies to participate in the Affiliate Program.

1.2. “Access Credentials” means the username, password and any other access or security

information generated by us or you in order to provide you with access to the Affiliate

Portal.

1.3. “Administration Fee” means an amount of Net GamingRevenue on account of our administration fees and third party costs including but not limited to licensing fees, royalties and revenue share which are paid to licensors in order to exploit any content, technology or other product used from time to time on the Gaming Site.

1.4. “Affiliate” means you, being the person or entity who applies to participate in the Affiliate

Programme.

1.5. “Affiliate Application” means the application form made available at https://www.QuickStackPartners .com/

1.6. “Affiliate Portal” means the portal made available by QuickStackPartners   s through which the Affiliate is able to access marketing materials and commission information relating to Referred Players.

1.7. “Affiliate Programme” means the affiliate programme operated by or on behalf of us to

which these Terms and Conditions apply.

1.8. “Affiliate Sites” means the websites maintained and operated by you.

1.9. “Agreement” means the agreement entered into between QuickStackPartners  and the Affiliate on the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.0. “Applicable Laws” means all laws of any jurisdiction that are applicable to these Terms and

Conditions, to QuickStackPartners and the Affiliate or to any activity undertaken in relation to

these Terms and Conditions, as amended and in force from time to time, and the rules,

regulations, orders, licenses or permits issued thereunder, including, without limitation, any

rules, regulations, orders, licenses and permits of any competent authority

2.1. “Approved Content” means the banners, text links and any other content including but not

limited to mailers, video banners and widgets, in each case as made available by QuickStackPartners   to the Affiliate via the Media Gallery.

2.2. “Commission” means such amounts as are paid by QuickStackPartners   to the Affiliate in

accordance with these Terms and Conditions as calculated in accordance with clause 8.

2.3. “Commission Rates” means the percentage rate of Net Gaming Revenue as may apply from

time to time and as set out at clause 8.

2.4. “Customers” means any individuals who are registered customers of the Gaming Site.

2.5. “Data Protection Legislation” means all applicable data protection, privacy and electronic

marketing legislation, including any national legislation implementing Directive 95/46/EC

and Directive 2002/58/EC, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) (and any related national

legislation), any equivalent, replacement or repealing legislation, and any codes of practice

issued by a competent authority relating to the same at any time.

2.6. “Database” means any storage medium belonging to  QuickStackPartners  (or any of Group

Companies) which contains, holds, stores or processes data which is owned or controlled by

QuickStackPartners   or is licensed to or under the control of  QuickStackPartners , including but not limited to any such medium relating to the Referred Players and other users of the Gaming Site.

2.7. “Dormant Players” means any Referred Player who has not staked any bets or wagers on the

Gaming Site for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days.

2.8. “Effective Date” means the date on which you submit the Affiliate Application

2.9. “Fraud” means an actual or adempted act by the Affiliate or any Referred Player which is

reasonably deemed by QuickStackPartners to be (i) contrary to Applicable Law; (ii) made in bad

faith; or (iii) intended to defraud QuickStackPartners and/or circumvent any contractual or legal

restrictions, regardless of whether such act or adempted act actually causes any damage or

harm to QuickStackPartners  .

3.0. “Gaming Authority” means, collectively, those governmental, regulatory and administrative

authorities, agencies, commissions, boards, bodies and officials responsible for or involved in

the regulation of gaming or gaming activities including but not limited to the Curaçao

Gaming Control Board.

3.1. “Gaming Site” means (i) the websites (and their respective pages, subpages and

subdomains) made accessible via www.QuickStackPartners.com,  but not limited to more brands (ii) all mobile versions of such domains; (iii) any device applications made available by us in downloadable format; and (iv) any other websites made available by us in relation to the provision of online gaming services.

3.2. “Gross Gaming Revenue” means, for each Monthly Period, the total amount of real money

wagers staked by the Referred Players on the Gaming Site less monies paid out to those

Referred Player as winnings.

3.3 “Group Company” means any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under

common control with QuickStackPartners  . For the purposes of this definition, the term “control”

shall mean the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of

the management or policies of the person or entity, whether by voting, management

authority, contract, or otherwise.

3.4. “Link Pages” means the web pages of the Affiliate Sites that provide a hyperlink directly to

one or more pages of the Gaming Site.

3.5. “Media Gallery” means the online platform where QuickStackPartners  will make available, and the Affiliate can access and use the Approved Content.

3.6. “Monthly Period” means each calendar month.

3.7. “Net Gaming Revenue” means, for each Monthly Period, Gross Gaming Revenue less all of

the following: (i) any duties, taxes, levies, statutory deductions or other similar charges or

payments to any relevant authority, including but not limited to governmental bodies,

licensing authorities and any eligible governing sporting bodies; (ii) the Administration Fee;

(iii) jackpot contributions; (iv) charges levied by electronic payment or credit card

organisations; (v) the cost of all bonuses, free bets, free spins, free chips and any other

incentivised offer provided to Referred Players as a marketing or promotional activity; (vi)

fraud costs and bad debts; (vii) chargebacks; (viii) returned stakes; (ix) any other refunds or

credits given to Referred Players.

3.8. “Referred Players” means those individuals who (i) access the Gaming Site directly via

tracking links on the Affiliate Sites; (ii) satisfy all of our eligibility requirements and

verification checks; (iii) complete registration on the Gaming Site and (iv) deposit monies

and wager a real-money bet but excluding all those Customers who have previously

registered on the Gaming Site and/or have already been allocated a Tracking Code.

3.9. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions (as may be varied from time to

time) and any other special terms as may be agreed in writing between us and you.

4.0. “Tracking Code” means a unique user identification code allocated to each Referred Player.

“VAT” means Value Added Tax or any equivalent tax chargeable in the United Kingdom or

elsewhere.

A reference to writing or written includes email.

Any words following the terms including, include, in particular, for example or any similar

expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words,

description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.


2.AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS


The Affiliate shall use all reasonable commercial efforts to market and promote the Gaming Site and the products and services available on the Gaming Site and shall prominently display the Link Pages on the Affiliate Sites.

The Affiliate shall be responsible for developing, operating and maintaining the Affiliate Sites

and for all materials that appear on it. In particular, but without limiting the generality of the

foregoing, the Affiliate shall:

  • ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the Affiliate Sites and all Link Pages to the Gaming Site;

  • not alter any Approved Content provided by QuickStackPartners  without its consent which may be withheld in its absolute discretion;

  • ensure that all news, offers and promotions in relation to the Gaming Site are current and up to date.

The Affiliate hereby undertakes, represents and warrants that:

  • it will not perform any act, and that the Affiliate Sites will not contain any material, which is

  • libellous, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable or which

  • contains sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene or graphically violent materials;

  • it will not target any person who is under the legal age for gambling;

  • it shall ensure that all marketing, advertising and promotions targeted at potential Referred

Players shall include the following wording:

  • “18+ only”; and “Terms and Conditions apply”.

  • it will not target any jurisdiction where gambling and the promotion thereof is illegal and the Affiliate shall not be eligible for any Commission on any product which is promoted in any jurisdiction where it is illegal to do so.

  • it acknowledges QuickStackPartners  ongoing commitment for the prevention of problem gambling and that the Affiliate will co-operate with QuickStackPartners  to actively reduce gambling addictions by, for example, placing links provided by QuickStackPartners   on the Affiliate Sites which direct traffic to websites involved in the business of helping problem gamblers;

It will not generate traffic to the Gaming Site by illegal or fraudulent activity including but not limited to the following:

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails in an attempt to refer players to the Gaming Site.

  • Registering as a player or making deposits—directly or indirectly—into any player account for personal use or the use of relatives, friends, employees, or third parties. Any attempt to artificially inflate commission payments or defraud QuickStackPartners  will be considered fraudulent activity.

  • Presenting Affiliate Sites in a way that creates confusion with the Gaming Site, QuickStackPartners , or any of its brand partners, or implying any official association with them.

  • Registering or purchasing domain names, keywords, search terms, or other identifiers for advertising, search, or referral services that are identical or similar to the intellectual property of QuickStackPartners  or its Group Companies.

  • Attempting to profit from traffic that is not generated in good faith. If you suspect that a referred New Customer is engaged in bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud, or any other form of abuse, you must notify us immediately.

Any New Customer identified as a bonus abuser, money launderer, fraudster, or participant in affiliate fraud (whether reported by the Affiliate or later discovered by QuickStackPartners ) will not be considered a valid referral, and no commission will be paid for such customers.

Fraud includes but is not limited to:

  • Creating multiple or fake user accounts
    Imitating player gaming activity

  • Generating an unusually high percentage of players who do not return to the platform

Incentive Traffic:
Affiliates may not use incentives—such as cashbacks, prize draws, or giveaways—to encourage deposits without prior approval from the Affiliate Program.

In case of detecting the usage of any types of unauthorized incentives, Affiliate Program stops all the promotional campaigns with an Affiliate immediately and blocks the Affiliate account due to this cause for an unlimited period after detection of such activity. Affiliate balance and outstanding commission is subject to cancellation. In the case of Low Quality Traffic (i.e. abnormal percentage of bonus hunters, low revenue by player etc.) Affiliate Program informs Affiliate about the termination of the CPA/Hybrid agreement the day before termination. If the Affiliate does not answer, the income of the partner (i. e. payments for the New Depositing players that came after termination) will be recalculated according to the terms of Revenue Share commission model. All the CPA commission generated by the activity of the organized group of Bonus Hunters who came through affiliate tracking link, is subject to cancellation Company keeps the right to block the account and freeze payout during players fraud check.

The Affiliate shall not:

  • Create any applications or web pages that falsely represent QuickStackPartners  in any form, including but not limited to, social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, or any other platform.

  • Use Affiliate Links or place digital advertisements featuring QuickStackPartners ’ intellectual property on unsuitable websites, whether owned by a third party or otherwise. Unsuitable websites include, but are not limited to, those that:

    • Target children

    • Display illegal pornography or other unlawful sexual content

    • Promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

    • Promote illegal activities

    • Violate intellectual property rights of third parties or QuickStackPartners

    • Breach advertising regulations or codes of practice in any applicable territory

Additionally, the Affiliate:

  • Must not shorten or modify the provided tracking links and must always use the most up-to-date Link Pages supplied by QuickStackPartners. Any new tracking links must be implemented within 24 hours of being provided.

  • Must obtain prior written approval from QuickStackPartners before using any trademarks, domain names, logos, or other brand elements belonging to QuickStackPartners or its licensors, except when using pre-approved content provided by QuickStackPartners. QuickStackPartners  reserves the right to refuse approval at its sole discretion. If no response is received within five (5) business days of a request, approval shall be considered denied.

The Affiliate shall provide QuickStackPartners  with:

  • all co-operation in relation to these Terms and Conditions and the operation of the Affiliate Programme;

  • access to such information as may be required by QuickStackPartners  for the proper performance of QuickStackPartners  ’s obligations pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and/or in order to comply with all Applicable Laws;

  • and all such information as QuickStackPartners  may from time to time require in order to comply with its information reporting and other obligations to any Gaming Authority, any other regulatory authority and any sports governing bodies.

The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that it has no authority to legally bind QuickStackPartners  in

relation to Referred Players, other users or anyone else and that it has not been appointed

and is not the agent of QuickStackPartners  for any purpose.

The Affiliate agrees that it shall not make any representation or commitment to anyone about QuickStackPartners  , the Gaming Site or any of the products or services available on the Gaming Site.

The Affiliate shall comply with all Applicable Laws and regulations with respect to its

activities under this Agreement and to its business including but not limited to ensuring that

all of its general marketing and promotional materials in relation to the Gaming Site:

  • are legal, truthful and not misleading;

  • are obviously identifiable as an advertisement and clearly

  • marked as “#ad”;are socially responsible in accordance with all applicable advertising codes, guidelines, laws and regulations;

  • do not exploit children or vulnerable persons;

  • are not targeted at those under the age of eighteen (18) through the selection of media, style, presentation or the context in which the marketing appears;

  • and in all other respects, are in compliance with all applicable advertising codes of practice.

It shall regularly and, in any event not less monthly, display safer gambling related content

its Affiliate Sites with sufficient prominence that it will be clearly visible to visitors to the Affiliates Sites.


3.CALCULATION OF COMMISSION


The Affiliate will earn Commission based on the Net Gaming Revenue generated from its

Referred Players appear they open a new account with QuickStackPartners and wager for real money on the Gaming Site.

Save as otherwise agreed in writing between QuickStackPartners and the Affiliate, the amount of

Commission payable in respect of the Referred Players for each Monthly Period shall be

forty  per cent (40.00%) of Net Gaming Revenue generated by the Referred Players

during the relevant Monthly Period.

We reserve the right to amend the Commission Rates at any time and will notify you of any

such changes and such changes will take effect five (5) days aper such notification.

In the event that the Referred Players do not generate any Net Gaming Revenue in any

Monthly Period, no Commission shall be payable.

In the event that the Net Gaming Revenue in any Monthly Period is a negative amount, then

such negative balance will not be carried forward and set-off against future Commission due

to the Affiliate in respect of subsequent Monthly Periods.


3.1.HIGH-ROLLER POLICY


n any given month, if a High-Roller generates a negative commission, the negative balance will be carried forward and offset against future commission revenue generated by the same referred customer until the negative balance is cleared.

For the purposes of this policy, a customer will be classified as a "High-Roller" if they generate a negative net revenue of at least €10,000 within a single month.

If the Affiliate’s total Net Revenue for a Brand in that month is negative €2,000 or greater, the following High-Roller policy will apply:

  • The negative Net Revenue generated by the High-Roller will be carried forward and offset against any future Net Revenue generated by that same High-Roller.

  • This set-off will apply exclusively to the specific High-Roller’s balance and cannot be applied against Net Revenue from other customers.

  • Any future positive Net Revenue generated by the High-Roller will be used to reduce their negative balance.

  • A negative balance will not increase due to additional negative Net Revenue unless the customer qualifies as a High-Roller again in subsequent months.


4.PAYMENT

1. Commission Payments
QuickStackPartners agrees to pay the Affiliate commission in accordance with the terms outlined in this section.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, the Affiliate is entitled to receive commission for the entire duration that a Referred Player remains an active customer on the Gaming Site. However, this entitlement ceases immediately if:

  • The Referred Player becomes a Dormant Player; or

  • The Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program is terminated by either party for any reason in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Affiliate acknowledges that no payments are due beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Method and Adjustments
Commission payments will be made via the payment method selected by the Affiliate on the Affiliate Portal, either by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. In the event of a miscalculation, QuickStackPartners reserves the right to correct the commission amount at any time.

If an overpayment occurs, QuickStackPartners may:

  • Request a refund from the Affiliate; or

  • Deduct the overpaid amount from subsequent commission payments until the debt is fully recovered.

3. Payment Schedule
Except in cases of manifest error and subject to clauses 9.9 and 10, QuickStackPartners will process commission payments by the 15th Business Day of the month following the end of the relevant Monthly Period.

The Affiliate’s acceptance of the commission payment is considered full and final settlement for the relevant period.

4. Currency and Conversion Rates
All commission payments will be made in Euros (EUR). Any Net Gaming Revenue generated in a different currency will be converted to EUR based on QuickStackPartners' applicable conversion rates.

5. CPA & Hybrid Traffic Conditions
For CPA and Hybrid agreements, QuickStackPartners reserves the right to withhold payment for:

  • Duplicate players;

  • Self-excluded players;

  • Disabled accounts closed due to fraud or other violations.

The qualifying period for a player is 30 days from the date of registration. Once a CPA or Hybrid deal has expired, no subsequent traffic will be counted under the agreement.

QuickStackPartners allows a 30-day grace period following the expiration of a deal for any late-converting traffic. Beyond this period, traffic will not be recognized under the expired agreement.

6. Compliance and Investigations
QuickStackPartners reserves the right to withhold commission payments for up to 180 days if an investigation is necessary to verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

No payment will be made if QuickStackPartners believes that traffic generated by the Affiliate or Referred Player is fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Fraudulent Transactions and Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to return any commission received from fraudulent or falsified transactions and indemnifies QuickStackPartners for all related costs and losses, including legal fees.

8. VAT and Tax Responsibilities
All commission payments are inclusive of VAT (or equivalent sales tax). The Affiliate is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, fees, or tariffs on commission earnings.

9. Contact and Payment Details
The Affiliate must promptly notify QuickStackPartners of any changes to their contact, address, or payment account details. QuickStackPartners is not liable for losses resulting from the Affiliate’s failure to update their information in a timely manner.


5.RIGHT TO WITHHOLD AMOUNTS


QuickStackPartners reserves the right to withhold any amounts due to the Affiliate if it has reason to believe that fraud has occurred or is being contemplated, whether or not the withheld amounts are directly related to the fraudulent activity.

If QuickStackPartners suspects that a Referred Player has engaged in fraudulent activity without the Affiliate’s knowledge, it may withhold any associated payments to the Affiliate. Furthermore, QuickStackPartners may deduct from future commission payments any amounts already paid to the Affiliate that are later found to have been generated through fraudulent means.

QuickStackPartners also reserves the right to delay or withhold payments if the Affiliate fails to provide any requested supporting documents related to commission payments in a timely manner.

If QuickStackPartners determines, at its sole discretion, that the Affiliate has engaged in any activity that breaches these Terms and Conditions, including violations of representations, warranties, or obligations, it may withhold any payments due, regardless of whether they were generated by the breach. This is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to QuickStackPartners.

6.PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Upon approval of the Affiliate Application, QuickStackPartners grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use:
(i) the Affiliate Portal; and
(ii) any Approved Content, solely for fulfilling obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

This license terminates automatically upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason. The Affiliate acknowledges that QuickStackPartners and/or its Group Companies retain all intellectual property rights in the Gaming Site, Approved Content, and any materials provided. No rights are granted beyond what is expressly stated in this Agreement.

The Affiliate further acknowledges that QuickStackPartners and/or its brand partners exclusively own the Database. The Affiliate may not use, retain, or market to any customer whose details appear in the Database, nor transfer such details to third parties.


7.CONFIDENTIALITY

Each party agrees not to disclose any confidential business, customer, or supplier information obtained during this Agreement for a period of five (5) years after termination.

Confidential information may only be disclosed:

  • To employees, representatives, or advisors who need access to fulfill obligations under this Agreement.

  • If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

Each party must ensure its employees or representatives comply with this clause. This clause survives the termination of this Agreement.


8.DATA PROTECTION

Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679). The Affiliate must:

  • Include an unsubscribe option in all advertising materials.

  • Obtain express and valid consent from Referred Players for direct marketing.

  • Ensure Referred Players' personal data is collected and processed lawfully.

Any breach of this clause must be reported to QuickStackPartners immediately. The Affiliate indemnifies QuickStackPartners against any damages arising from non-compliance.


9.INDEMNITY

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify QuickStackPartners and its associated entities against all claims, damages, and legal costs arising from:

  • Any breach of this Agreement.

  • Unauthorized use of Approved Content or intellectual property.

  • Any defamatory, illegal, or infringing content on the Affiliate’s site.

  • Third-party claims related to the Affiliate’s marketing practices.

Nothing in this Agreement limits the Affiliate’s liability under this clause.


10.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

QuickStackPartners' liability is limited to the amount of Commission due to the Affiliate at the time of any claim. QuickStackPartners shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

  • Data corruption or loss.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.


11.TERM AND TERMINATION


This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party via written notice (email suffices). It may be terminated immediately if:

  • QuickStackPartners discontinues its affiliate program.

  • The Affiliate breaches applicable laws or this Agreement.

  • The Affiliate engages in fraudulent activities.

Upon termination:

  • All licenses and rights granted under this Agreement end immediately.

  • Each party must return or cease using the other’s materials.

  • QuickStackPartners may withhold final payments to cover any outstanding liabilities.


12.USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Affiliate acknowledges that QuickStackPartners may process personal data for compliance, fraud prevention, and business operations. This data may be shared with:

  • Verification and credit agencies.

  • Regulatory authorities and law enforcement.

  • Financial institutions for fraud prevention.

The Affiliate must ensure compliance with data protection laws and avoid marketing to users who have opted out. Any breach must be reported to QuickStackPartners immediately.


13.FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, legal restrictions). If non-performance continues for three (3) months, the unaffected party may terminate the Agreement with thirty (30) days’ notice.


14.WAIVER AND SEVERANCE

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified or removed while preserving the remainder of the Agreement


15.ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full Agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements. No claims may be made based on prior statements not included herein.


16.ASSIGNMENT

The Affiliate may not transfer rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from QuickStackPartners. QuickStackPartners may assign its rights freely.


17.NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY

This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.


18.VARIATION

QuickStackPartners may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them on the Affiliate Portal. The Affiliate is responsible for reviewing updates, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.


19.THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Only QuickStackPartners and the Affiliate have rights under this Agreement; no third parties shall benefit.


20.NOTICES

Notices must be sent:

  • By email: partners@quickstackpartners.com (for QuickStackPartners) or the email provided in the Affiliate Application (for the Affiliate).

  • By hand or registered mail to the parties’ business addresses.


21.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION


This Agreement is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Curaçao.


23.SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the Affiliate Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, or unenforceability, without invalidating the remainder of the Affiliate Agreement or any provision hereof.


24.ENGLISH LANGUAGE

The Affiliate Agreement was first drafted in English. Should there be any conflict or discrepancy between the English language version and any other language, the English version shall prevail.


25.MODIFICATION OF TERMS&CONDITIONS

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Affiliate Agreement or replace it at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available Commissions and Affiliate Program rules.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, you need to terminate the Affiliate Agreement. Your continued participation in our Affiliate Program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement will constitute binding acceptance of the modification or of the new agreement.
